At Takashiya, the Mini Omakase menu is a 15-course degustation experience featuring signature dishes from the full Omakase menu, which has won multiple awards. The Mini Omakase includes an oyster shooter, caviar, sashimi platter, salmon saikyo yaki, 4 nigiri, A5 Wagyu and foie gras, toothfish, roasted duck, scampi miso soup, and a welcome drink. If you want the full experience, the Standard Omakase is a 16-course menu featuring live lobster and priced at $230 per person.
