For lunch, customers can enjoy Rainbow Chard and Montasio Cheese Brick Rolls, Grilled Zhug Marinated Lamb cutlets with Smoked Onion Puree and Crispy Shallots, or Spiced Cured Ora King Salmon with Golden Beetroot, Horseradish, and Lemon Seed Lavosh.

They also offer starters such as Falafels with green tahini and chilli pickles, Fig Tart with basturma, ossau iraty cheese, and brick pastry, and Kibbeh Nayeh, a combination of lamb and beef with crushed wheat, pickled baby cucumber, lemon balm, crispy garlic, and iceberg. The restaurant's Salata includes Fattoush, Tabouli with quinoa and pomegranate.The Green's grilled fish and meat options include Hiramasa Kingfish, Moooolaba King Prawns, Barramundi fillet skin on, Chicken Skewers with saffron tahini, Lamb Kofta, and Freemantle Octopus.



The Green offers a Feast from the Grill, which is perfect for sharing. The Shawarma, which is a spit-roasted lamb shoulder on the bone, is served with Lebanese pita, fresh tomato and onion, pickles, buttermilk tahini and green oak salad, fermented tomato shatta, and mint yoghurt. The Charcoal Chicken, Vadouvan spiced and grilled chicken with chillies and toum, is available in quarter, half, or whole sizes.
