Fink is a restaurateur, writer, and filmmaker, and as Creative Director of Fink, he runs the family restaurant business with his father, Leon Fink. He's also a talented scriptwriter and filmmaker, and in his downtime, he can be found tending to his vegetable garden or cooking up a storm for one of his famous paella parties.
The menu at OTTO is diverse and exciting, with something to suit every palate. For those who love seafood, the Ostriche al Naturale, Sydney rock oysters served with lemon, are a must-try.
